In the Old Testament book of Hosea, God asks the prophet Hosea to marry a prostitute. This book is a wonderful picture of how God is faithful to us, when we are not faithful to Him.

In the New Testament, Jesus and the Apostle John speak of the Great Wedding Supper. Christ has promised to marry His Bride, the church, at the end of this age.
